Power Frame

By using 168.3mm x 3.2mm pipe and Engineered Laser Processed Weldments Ausrain offers one of the widest wheel bases available. The use of Laser Cutting ensures that each weldment is uniform whether it is processed today or in 12 months time.  The use of 100 x 75 x 6mm BHP angle iron for the legs and 76.lmm x 3.2mm pipe for the leg braces adds significant strength to the assembly.

Final Drive Gearboxes

Low Maintenance worm drive available 57mm Std and 76mm HD

bullet Shaft protectors snap on to either side and guards against Contaminants and shaft damage.
bullet Built-in expansion chamber reduces condensation and internal pressure build-up due to lubricant expansion.
bullet Large one-piece 57mm Output shaft and flange are made of high tensile material providing resistance to higher shock and torque loads.
Tower Top Hook Up & Linkage System

Whilst this adds to the cost of the AUSRAIN system it enables the span pipes to be used anywhere in the system and also assists in the easy replacement of the rubber boot.

Collector Ring

Allows connectivity of wires as the pivot circulates.  The watertight seal, ensures years of trouble-free service.
